December in Menorca
I've done so much since I last wrote I don't know which Menorca walking adventure to tell you about this time. As it's December and the weather in Menorca is still glorious, I'll tell you about my latest adventure to one of Menorca's glorious beaches. This week I met up with two of my friends Meg and Sue, two springer spaniels pups.
Meg, Sue and myself.

We all went to the north of Menorca, to Cala Pregonda. Cala Pregonda has two wonderful golden sandy beaches and at most times of the year are nearly deserted, this week we had them to ourselves.
Cala Pregonda beach, all to ourselves.

It's only a short 20 minutes walk from the car park at Binimel-La through a sparse golden coloured rocky landscape, but it's great for exploring. When you finally get to the beaches the views are fantastic. The sands are a golden red colour, the sea a deep turquoise blue. I was dyeing for a dip but it's a bit cold at this time of year and I'm a warm weather only swimmer.
Deserted beaches, glorious weather and a stick to chase My Favourite!!

If you fancy walking to Cala Pregonda, Menorca.
