An old and new walking adventure, My Favourite!!
I love walking adventures old and new.
This week my walking adventure took me along a route I've been on many times, but then branched off making for a new adventure My Favourite!!
We started in Cala'n Porter on Carrer D'Alt and took the Cami de Cavalls towards Calas Coves. As the weather was sunny and everyone was off work we met a lot of people having their own adventure walks, and they all stopped to say hello and gave me a pat on my back, I just love meeting people but I get told off for getting too excited :-(
At the top of the hill as the path way goes through some steel farm gates we turned left, through the wooden gate following the Cami de Cavalls and down onto the road way from Son Vitamina to Calas Coves.
At this point if you go across the road the Cami de Cavalls takes you onto Cala Es Canutells. We turned left and followed the road way up the hill nearly all the way to the main ME12 Mao <-> Cala'n Porter road.
As we reached the tarmacked part we took a right towards Son Vitamina, then a couple of hundred metres along a track forks off to the left called Cami de Binicalaf.
This is an old track way very narrow and stony, but a great place for an afternoon walk. I have been on this track before and you can read the details on Menorca the Guide
Following the track brings you out in Binixiquer, this is where my adventure ended this time. We called in at a friends house for a nice cooling drink.
But if your not ready to stop you can walk on to Sant Climent, Mahon, Majorca, Paris..... :-)
My new present, because I'm a big girl now

Have you noticed it?? my new necklace!! it's got my very own name tag on it. They say if I get lost people will know who I am, but hold on a minute, I'm Sally of Sally-dog.com fame everybody knows me. But I still love it, I think it looks great, don't you :-)
Why not try some of the adventures I've been on yourself.

Sally-what a lovely pretty dog you are! I love your necklace & name tag- I'm sure everyone will recognise you but it's always best to be safe and wear one just in case.
Your adventures (Your Favourite!!) always always cheer me up- keep them coming. You are a lucky dog to live in such a wonderful place.
