Walking in sunny Menorca, My Favourite!!
My Sunday walk adventure in the Menorcan sunshine.
I tried to tell them... "go back to bed" they said, but ... it's Sunday. "Go back to bed it's only @*%$@!&% seven o'clock" How could they!! how could they sleep in on Sunday, Sundays are for adventures, My Favourite!!
They eventually emerged at 9AM, and by the time they had faffed around it was nearly mid day, are we going for a walking adventure today I asked ??

We did, we had a walking adventure between
Punta Prima and Biniancola.

We only had a short walking adventure, My Favourite!! this time, but what a great time we had. The path from Punta Prima to Biniancola goes across the rocks at the edge of the sea. Lots of boulders to bound over, lots of "nooks and crannies" to sniff and explore, and lots of great villas to look at.... how boring.
Even though it's May and the beaches are closed for us with four legs I did manage to find a beach to rest on, and all to myself as well.
It's getting a bit hot for running around.
It's a lovely walk, not too taxing but a bit rocky in places. After about 30 minutes you get to Biniancola a very small village with a couple of bars where you can get a cooling drink, My Favourite!! We didn't call for one, but instead, had a whale of a time playing at being a Whale :-)
The water was lovely, not too cold either, I tried to catch the little fish but they were too fast even for me :-)

It's the first time I've had a really long time splashing around in the water. I loved it and didn't want to get out, they even threw stick for me to chase... but I didn't care I was having a great time.
I will catch them fish!!
I eventually had to leave the water, to try to dry out a little I had a role in the sea weed piled up on the shore, and guess what I got told off. They said I looked like a tramp and smelt like rotting fish!! Needless to say I had to have a bath, Not My Favourite!! when we got home.

Hi Sally, well you look as if your were having some great fun in the water, splashing about. I certainly like the pic of you impersonating a submarine. What were you trying to catch then????? Well hope you are having a chill out day today, maybe even hiding from the thunder/lightening that is showing on the weather details from here in the UK. Enjoy that bone you have and look forward to your next adventure.

Mmmmmmm.... yes it is wet over here at the moment, but do I care?? narrr as long as it cleares up by Sunday, Adventure day, My Favourite!!
