Vets Not my Favourite!!
But the last visit was not nice at all! I don't remember much about it, all I remember is waking up back at home and feeling very groggy with my stomach hurting a lot :-( I couldn't even stand up, my legs just wouldn't work.
The day after I felt a lot better, but had to move slowly other wise I had a sharp pain in my stomach, plus someone had placed a funny plastic thing around my head. My tummy ached but I couldn't see what was wrong!!
Today I'm feeling a lot better and was even allowed out of the garden. We had a mini adventure walking up the baranc near where I live. I had to take it a bit easy though as when I tried to run it hurt :-(

Even though I was only walking slowly I still had to keep stopping to wait for them!! But I loved the walk even though I couldn't chase sticks and I kept bumping into things with that damn big plastic collar thing.

The really bad news is that there will be no Sally dog Adventures, My Favourite!! for at leased a couple of weeks!!! WHAT!! I'll soon change their minds. I'm going to act as if I was 100% fit. I'll rag my toys around, chase cats and jump up and down wagging my tail vigorously when I meet new friends, just as normal hehehe Two weeks ........ no chance I'll be back to normal before you know it.

Thank you Deb
Thanks Deb I'm feeling a lot better already except when I try to junp up onto the sofa :-( My owners are very pleased with me when I take them out for a walk because I walk alongside them and don't try to run :-) I can run but ... I regret it after.
As for cats, I like cats as you can see here I only chase them because that's what us dog's are supposed to do. I know I'll never catch them and I always get shouted at and have to stop well before I get near.
But it won't be long before I'm out on a new Adventure!, My Favourite!!

Cheer up sally
Hi Sally, well you look at picture with that damn plastic collar on. Never mind it is there for a reason and hopefully it will soon be off and then you can swim, and pretend you are a submarine at your favourite beach. At least you can play with your sticks, but just go easy as you have had an operation recently. Am sure that your owners will be keeping an eye on you and no misbehaving now. Look forward to reading you adventures with all your pals sometime soon. Take care and be careful.

Poor old girl!
How are you feeling now Sal? I looked all over Menorca for you on my recent visit, I thought I might spot you out on one of your adventures! I would recognise you anywhere. But I can see that you have been having it a little rough lately. I'm sure you'll be getting lots of attention and will be spoiled rotten while you recouperate. The amount of other dogs I saw on the beaches suprised me, I thought you and your friends couldn't frequent them at this time of year. Get well soon xx

Thank you
Thany you alan, I am feeling better but my owners don't believe me :-( Just because the vet said I had a small infection and should take it easy for a week!! another week without an Adventure, My Fauourite!!
Carben where were you I sat by the gate every day looking out for you. Every time someone came by I barked "Carben, Carben is that you" but kept getting told off for making a noise :-( Next time make sure you have a tag around your neck with your name on it like I have, then I'll be sure to spot you.

are you better now?
Hello Sally dog. Hope your tummy is not as sore now. I know what you mean about the plastic collar. My Jack had to wear one after his tummy operation so that he did not tug at the stitches or the drain in his tummy. He got very good with it and even mastered eating and drinking with it on. Hope you are much better now.
